**Return Policy for Hof & CO DMCC**

Welcome to Hof & CO DMCC Website. We want you to be fully satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase. Please review our return policy below for details on returning items that have been subject to third-party certification by the International Gemological Institute (IGI) as an escrow service. Returns must be processed through IGI, and Hof & CO DMCC is the only authorized party to collect returned items, ensuring the authenticity of the jewelry and preventing tampering or unauthorized exchanges. IGI's role as the escrow service is to confirm the authenticity of the jewelry, ensuring that diamonds and gems have not been replaced or tampered with.

### 1. Returns Eligibility

#### 1.1 IGI Certification Requirement

Items eligible for return must be subject to third-party certification by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). 

#### 1.2 Timeframe for Returns

You may return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process your return for a refund.

### 2. Conditions for Returns

#### 2.1 Original Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging, including any certificates or documentation.

#### 2.2 IGI Certificate

The IGI certificate accompanying the item must be unaltered and in its original form. Any tampering with the certificate may void the return eligibility.

### 3. Return Process

#### 3.1 Contacting Us

Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service at +971 4 428 9455 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

#### 3.2 Escrow Service

For returns involving refunds, funds will be returned upon receiving the items(s) from IGI after confirmation of authenticity, and the return must be processed through Hof & CO DMCC, the only authorized party to collect returned items from IGI.

#### 3.3 Deductions

The cost of IGI certification and the costs original shipping and return will be deducted from the refund amount.

#### 3.4 Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

### 4. IGI Certification Verification

#### 4.1 Inspection Process

Upon receiving the returned item, IGI will initiate the verification process to confirm the authenticity of the item(s), ensuring that diamonds and gems have not been replaced or tampered with.

#### 4.2 Authorized Collection

Hof & CO DMCC is the only authorized party to collect returned items from IGI to ensure a secure and controlled process.

#### 4.3 Escrow Release

If the IGI certification is verified successfully, the funds held in will be released for a refund or exchange, as applicable.

### 5. Refund, Exchange, or In-Store Credit

#### 5.1 Refund

Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, minus the deductions, within [number of days] days.

#### 5.2 Exchange

If you prefer, you may choose to exchange the returned item for another of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

#### 5.3 In-Store Credit (After 14 Days)

For returns initiated after 14 days from the date of purchase, only in-store credit will be issued if the returm is initiated within 30 days from Purchase date. The credit will be valid for up to 48 Months.
